We want you to love your design. Each service or package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated in the product description.
Revisions cover adjustments such as layout, color, or text changes based on your original brief.
Major redesigns or new concept directions after final approval may incur additional charges.
All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the initial draft.
Delivery
All design files are delivered digitally through email or download link.
Final files are provided in high-resolution formats (e.g. PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, or EPS), depending on the project type.
Please ensure all information, content, and materials are provided before the design process begins to avoid any delay in delivery.
Once the final files are delivered and approved, the project will be considered complete.
