• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text, logos, and materials provided.

• Minor revisions are included as per your package description; major redesigns may incur additional fees.

6. Refunds

Refund terms and conditions are governed under our Refund Policy.

Generally, refunds are only applicable in cases where work has not begun or if the requested service falls outside of our capabilities.

7. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number stated in your chosen package.

8. Intellectual Property

All original design concepts remain the property of GraphicDesigner.com.my until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Errors resulting from incorrect information or materials provided by clients;

• Loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or website;

• Any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
